Long-Term Discount - Needing a place to stay for longer than your standard weekend get-away? We love long-term guests through the week. If you're here for a business trip or visiting family (a week or longer), this is the place for you. (Call for your special rate!)

Veterans Discount - All veterans are welcome to stay with us at a 10% discount! Simply write in your reservation "Special Notes" and we will gladly provide this for you, along with other special requests you may have.

~POLICIES~

Tax & Fees - All Rooms and charges have an additional tax charge of 10.5% (local and state tax total). Any additional fees will be communicated before charging.

Check-in and Check-out Times - Feel free to arrive anytime after 3:00pm. At the end of your stay, please leave your keys in our lobby and try to depart by 11:00 a.m., so the cleaning staff will have time to prepare your room for incoming guests. Always let us know if you would like an early arrival or a late departure and we will make every attempt to make special arrangements!

Holds - If you're planning a wedding, reunion, or an event in the area and need to hold rooms for your family or guests, give us a call and we can hold our five rooms in advance! We do hold all our rooms for a week. This allows your guests to call in first and guarantee the rooms for your event.

Cancellations - We charge your credit card the full amount for your stay at the time that you make your reservation. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your reservation, and we cannot re-rent your room, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

Credit Card Policies - All credit cards are charged a few days prior to the reservation date. If you need us to only charge upon arrival for any reason, please call the front desk to request this and we can most likely accommodate. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER. Gift Certificates also available.

Pet Policy - Although we are pet lovers, we sadly do not allow pets to stay the evening.

Candle Policy - No candles are allowed on our premises. We do allow flameless battery candles and oil diffusers.

Smoking Policy - The entire Mineral Point Hotel is a non-smoking premises. Violators will be assessed a $250.00 cleaning fee and possible eviction.

Texting Policy - Feel free to Text us ANYTIME for any inquiry! Your normal cellphone data and messaging fees may apply, but there will be NO CHARGES from the Mineral Point Hotel. We look forward to communicating with you!
